MINIMUM ORDER: $100

A $5.00 charge will be levied on orders below this minimum. RETURNS must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods. Returned items will not be accepted without proper authorization from the company. Returns, wherein the error is not at the fault of Alegre Fashions, Inc., will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. This and all other charges incurred must be addressed prior to placing subsequent orders. Future orders will therefore have to be PREPAID, only. PLEASE CHECK ALL GARMENTS UPON RECEIPT OF SHIPMENTS. Garments that have already been embellished, processed or altered in any way cannot be returned. BACKORDERS will not be processed unless specified. Please do so when placing orders. SAMPLES and Sample ORDERS are NOT RETURNABLE.

SHIPPING

F.O.B Miami via United Parcel Service, unless otherwise instructed. All goods are insured.

PAYMENT

PAYMENT is either by C.O.D. (certified check and money orders) or credit card(VISA, MASTER CARD and DISCOVER). A signed credit card authorization form must be provided. Company checks and other methods of payment (e.g. net 30 days) are acceptable ONLY after providing a signed credit application, with which we can initiate and receive a positive "credit check". Orders will not be processed without these. Alegre Fashions reserves the right to withdraw Credit Privileges due to non compliance of the Terms and Conditions outlined. PAST DUE INVOICES will be charged 1.5% per month. ALL TERMS OF SALE WILL BE INFORCED. Subsequent orders will not be shipped if/when there are open/unpaid invoices. Our list prices are discounted for cash and approved net terms.

GARMENTS

ALL GARMENTS are 100% cotton unless otherwise specified. White garments are not garment dyed but are sewn with cotton thread to ensure consistency in providing a QUALITY product, we reserve all rights regarding fabric standards, etc. We are subject to mill schedules, therefore, periodic delays may be experienced.
NOTE: GARMENTS ARE NOT DESIGNED AS SLEEPWEAR. WE DO NOT ACCEPT REPONSIBILITY for any hazards, etc. due to any misuse, embellishment, or improper resale.

COLORS

Our "basic" garments are white. As they are not washed or dyed, they are generally bigger than those that are garment dyed in colors. "Garment dyed" items undergo dyeing and washing at high temperatures, causing shrinkage as with all cotton fabrics. "Dyed" items are therefore preshrunk and are smaller than our white garments.
The nature of the garment dyeing process, does not guarantee color matching from garment to garment; dye lot to dye lot. Minor shading and lines are normal with this process and are not indicative of inferior quality. Colors are DYED TO ORDER. Please allow a FOUR (4) week "lead time" before delivery.

SPECIAL CUTS

These refer to discontinued styles or sizes not specified in our catalog.
Note: one size immediately after XL is 1X; two sizes above XL is 2X, etc., etc. These items are available within a minimum of 12 pieces per size, color and style. Call and/or refer to previous catalogs for styles.
